The order of the customer is an offer. A contract will only be concluded after our acceptance and at the latest when the ordered products are sent.
An order can only take place when all fields marked with * are completed. An error message will appear when information is missing or the order cannot be accepted for other reasons. The order can be changed at any time before the form of payment is chosen. Supporting information is provided directly by the system throughout the ordering process. After sending the order, a message will appear on the screen to confirm that the order was sent successfully. This is not an acceptance of the offer made by the customer.
An email confirmation to the email address which was used during the ordering process is generated as soon as we receive the order. This confirmation is not an acceptance of the customer´s order. The date of receipt of the order is visible in this email.
The buying contract is kept on record. The customer can log into their account at any time by using the email address provided for the order and their password under www.macs-shoes.at and "log in" or "your account". The customer can see all of their orders there.
The customer agrees that the following data is kept on record for processing an order and for future orders: name, birth date (if provided), address, telephone number, email address and password. This data will under no circumstances be passed to any third party.
The contract language is English.
We deliver WORLDWIDE. If we do not contact the customer immediately after receiving the order to advise that the order cannot be accepted, we aim to post the order on the first working day after the order day. Delivery should be made 3 - 5 working days after receipt of the order to addresses within Europe and can take up to 15 days for addresses outside of Europe.
Deliveries within Austria and to Germany are free of charge. Delivery charges to all other countries are:

All prices are in EURO. They do not include delivery costs (except for Austria and Germany which has free delivery).

Customers, who are consumers according to the Austrian consumer protection law or similar laws in their countries of residence, can withdraw from the distance selling contract (or the declaration of contract per distance selling) within 14 calender days after the date of receiving their order.
A declaration of withdrawal without mentioning a reason per email is enough to comply. Please use our contact page and choose "returns" for the subject. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do count for calculation of the time limit. This will provide for 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
A complete or partial refund of the purchase price in case of withdrawal will only take place after the returned goods are received at mac´s shoes.
The goods must be unworn, immaculate and resalable as new. They must be returned in the original packaging. Please use the shoe box as well as the delivery box and do not put the return address sticker onto the shoe box. We will withhold an adequate amount in case articles are returned damaged or used. The same will apply when parts or attachments are missing.
Please have the return confirmed and keep the return receipt until we have reimbursed you. We will reimburse you in the same way you originally paid, after approval of the return.
Return costs within Austria: We will cover the costs for returns within Austria. Please use the original package (shoe- and delivery box) and return the parcel by GLS. After you have informed us that you would like to return your order, we will email you the GLS return sticker (Retourmarke).
Return costs from Germany: We will cover the costs for returns from Germany if the value of your order is above € 40,00. Please use the original package (shoe- and delivery box) and return the parcel by GLS. After you have informed us that you would like to return your order, we will email you the GLS return sticker (Retourmarke).
Return costs from countries outside Austria and Germany: We do not cover return costs for countries outside Austria and Germany.The returned parcel is your responsibility until it is received back at mac´s shoes. We recommend therefore sending it by registered mail or using a delivery method which provides tracking and insurance.
The goods remain our property until we have been fully paid for them.
